Proximus Luxembourg Transforms Fleet and Mobility Management with Fleetability and Headlight

When Proximus Luxembourg set out to modernize its fleet and mobility operations, it was about redefining control, sustainability, and transparency. In partnership with Fleetability and powered by Headlight, the organization is achieving just that: a holistic transformation from fragmented processes to proactive mobility governance.

Bridging Strategy and Operations in Corporate Mobility

Christophe Colacino is Managing Director at Fleetability, a Luxembourg-based fleet and mobility consultancy firm. Through Fleetability, he acts as Fleet & Mobility Manager at Proximus Luxembourg. This unique dual role gives him both a strategic and operational vantage point.

“At Fleetability, we support companies across Luxembourg with the right tools, services, and local expertise to manage their fleet and mobility effectively,” says Christophe.

He continues: “At Proximus, we’re putting that vision into action: building a sustainable, multimodal mobility policy for all employees. The strategy promotes shared, flexible, and eco-friendly transport options, designed to meet the everyday mobility needs of modern employees.”

From Complex Challenges to Strategic Clarity

Like many large organizations with evolving mobility needs, Proximus was operating in a complex environment, facing growing expectations around efficiency, transparency, and sustainability.

Until now, a few key challenges made it difficult to gain full visibility and control. Visibility was limited, with no centralized, real-time overview of the fleet. Data was scattered across multiple sources, making cost analysis and tracking both time-consuming and error-prone. Internal stakeholders—including HR, CSR, and Payroll—were increasingly requesting faster, more reliable insights to support their operations. Finally, the absence of a consolidated historical record made it challenging to track trends, monitor incidents, and make informed long-term decisions.

Christophe sums it up: “We needed total control, precise TCO insights, reliable historical records, and complete data centralization, across all vendors and services.”

Headlight is the only solution that goes beyond traditional asset management. It’s designed for strategic oversight, process collaboration, and end-to-end mobility governance.

More Than Just Fleet Management

To address these challenges, Proximus needed more than a traditional fleet management tool: it needed a solution that could bring structure, flexibility, and strategic insight across the entire mobility ecosystem. After evaluating multiple platforms, Headlight quickly stood out: not as another fleet tool, but as a true mobility orchestration platform.

“Headlight is the only solution that goes beyond traditional asset management,” says Christophe. “It’s designed for strategic oversight, process collaboration, and end-to-end mobility governance.”

Headlight’s open, modular architecture made the difference.  “We can integrate all external providers, such as leasing, fuel, maintenance and charging, into one unified platform,” Christophe explains. “And we’re no longer tied to rigid leasing models. Headlight gives us the flexibility to build a solution that truly fits our needs.”

Paired with Fleetability’s local expertise and daily support, the partnership gave Proximus both the technology and tactical guidance to evolve its entire mobility framework.

Implementation: A Strategic Shift, Not Just a Software Switch

The Fleetability and Headlight teams are currently preparing the Proximus go-live in close collaboration. “The Headlight team plays an active role beyond technical delivery: challenging assumptions, co-creating scalable processes, and helping Proximus build something built to last,” Christophe Colacino says about the collaboration. The onboarding projects will take 12-16 weeks. “It is not a typical software rollout: it is a transformation in how Proximus approaches fleet and mobility management. We are redefining every process across our Proximus fleet & mobility practice,” he explains. “As a result, we will longer be bound by static systems. Headlight gives us the control and agility to evolve over time, which will make all the difference for both Proximus employees and management.”
