A complex fleet challenge
With 1,800 employees and more than 800 company cars, Moore Belgium had a growing challenge on their hands. Over the years, acquisitions had left them with a patchwork of suppliers, financing types, and manual administration.
“It was clear we needed to professionalise and centralise our fleet management,” says Peter Van de Velde from Moore Belgium. “Too much time was going into administration instead of value creation. We wanted a tool that would help us manage everything in one place and automate as much as possible.”
That search led them to Headlight.
